Established in 1969, John's Island Club is a private, member-owned club located in the John's Island community in Vero Beach, Florida. It is nestled between 3 miles of sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. JI is a family-oriented club known for golf, tennis, and beach activities. Mackenzie's parents, Henry & Jennifer, both grew up coming to John's Island with their parents and later married here on November 17, 1990. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Men's and women’s attire must be appropriate for the occasion and time of day and must benefit the Club’s refined surroundings and atmosphere. Casual and relaxed attire may be worn at the beach club. Shoes and cover-ups are required unless at the pool or on the beach. Blue denim is not permitted on any Club premises. Hats and visors may not be worn inside any Club facility. All hats and visors, when permitted to be worn outside, must be worn forward at all times. Proper swimwear is required and must not be too revealing. For women, thongs, G-strings, Brazilian bikinis and the like are not permitted. For men, swim briefs, racing briefs and the like are not permitted.

You must be accompanied by a member while on John's Island property.

When you arrive to the gate, let security know that you are here for the wedding under Henry & Jennifer Williams and they will let you through.

1. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone at John's Island Club. If you need to take a call, please step out into the parking lot. 2. John's Island Club is a cashless club. Please do not offer cash to any of the staff.

The hotels we listed are in the center of the beach town and walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Ubers and Lyfts are available, but if you'd like to travel around Vero we recommend getting a rental car for peace of mind. Avis and Enterprise both have locations in downtown Vero Beach or you can pick one up when you fly into MCO or PBI.

Florida weather is very unpredictable, but November has an average high of 78° and an average low of 68°. We recommend packing warm weather clothing along with some layering pieces for when the temp drops at night.

The wedding is adults-only and we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Please visit the "Attire" tab of the website! The wedding is formal and we encourage everyone to embrace fashion with color. Tuxes and gowns are welcome as are suits and formal dresses.

All events will take place outdoors unless there is inclement weather. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be in a tent on grass. (Please be mindful of shoe choices, we advise against high heels/stilettos)

YES! John's Island Club has a strict policy on serving alcoholic beverages. If you're under 30, we suggest that you bring your ID as you may be carded at the bar.
